About The Organizer -

SubKulture Entertainment (@SubKultureEnt) is the tour organizer managing NCT 127's upcoming schedule here in the United States. They have managed tours for other SM label groups like SHINee and (most recently) Red Velvet. You can read their FAQ about the concert here, which provide helpful information about ticket sales. We will summarize and break down some of the most important details here.

Our ticket purchase experience with SubKulture Entertainment has always been positive, so we are excited to attend another concert through them!

Merchandise -

SubKulture typically does a pre-sale through their website for a limited supply of official tour merchandise including t-shirts, pins, lightsticks and more. Which means...no waiting in line at the venue! SubKulture ships these directly to your address, so be on the lookout for that.

If you miss the pre-sale, the remaining stock will most likely be sold at the venue on the day of the concert.

Ticket Price Ranges -

The official ticket sales date & time for all United States venues is Saturday, March 23rd, 2019 @ 10 AM (VENUE'S LOCAL TIME).

One of the questions we see frequently, is whether or not it will be Seoul's time zone or yours. It will be the time zone where the venue is located.

Example: Los Angeles' tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. PST on March 23rd.

• There are no ticket benefits/fan engagements included with any of the tier levels due to artist management's decision.

• A maximum of 6 tickets per order will be allowed. Any tickets beyond that will be canceled.

• No refunds; exchanges only available if within the same tier level or an upgrade.

• Disabled/ADA seating will be available for those who need it. Purchasing methods may differ per venue.

* Prices do not include any taxes and / or fees incurred by the official ticket selling website.

Please note that some venues do have a "pit". Meaning there will be a limited amount of standing room tickets that will be right in front of the stage. These are also considered as a P1 ticket price.

Comparison of Ticketing Sites -

• Ticketmaster & Live Nation - Same owners and system of sales. The only difference between the two is that Ticketmaster sells tickets many different types of events, while Live Nation focuses solely on concert tickets. Typically allows buyers to select their own seats.

• AXS - Typically randomizes seat selections for the buyer.

• San Jose Theatre - We have no previous personal experience with this site. This site sells tickets for this venue ONLY.

Waiting Room: Due to the large amount of ticket sales, the sites may use a "waiting room" or "queue". While buying tickets, you will be asked to join the "waiting room" and entry to buy tickets will be randomized upon the release time. According to sites like AXS and Ticketmaster, this makes sales fair and prevents 3rd party ticket scalpers from buying tickets in bulk.

3rd Party Ticket Sales -

Any sales outside of these websites is considered as a 3rd party sale and may end up being scalped for a higher price (e.g. Stub Hub, Seat Geek). Ticket scalping is COMMON in the U.S., so use of the queue/waiting room is highly recommended.

SM Global Package -

Keep in mind that a limited amount of tickets are being offered as part of a package for international fans courtesy of SM Entertainment. We're unsure how many are being sold, so make sure you're online right away to scoop up your tickets!

Personal Tips -

1. Sign up & log in early to the ticketing site to add your credit card and billing info.

2. Be on the ticket selling page no later than 30 minutes before the sale time.

3. Don't refresh the screen! You will lose your place in the queue.

4. Use multiple devices to increase your chances (e.g. desktop, laptop, mobile device).

5. If the site is selecting your seats for you, choose only up to 2-3 tier levels. If you check more than this, they will likely give you the lowest price as the "best available".

6. Wondering what the angle of the stage will look like from your seat? Use sites like aviewfrommyseat.com to see photos from past venue attendees.

7. After tickets sell out, check back again later. Another round of tickets may be sold at a later time.
